Managed AI
Repeated customer work
Common enquiries, approved qualification questions, booking steps, reminders, follow-ups, and prepared documents inside agreed rules.
Sort the work before choosing who does it. Keep judgment, accountability, and sensitive decisions with a person. Give repeated approved-rule customer work to a managed AI service. Many businesses use both.

For these figures, full-time means 35 to 44 hours a week, excluding overtime. The requirement covers eligible Singapore citizens and permanent residents working under a contract of service in covered administrative roles at firms that employ foreign workers.
Training requirements also apply. The gross wage figures exclude employer CPF contributions, so this is not a full employment-cost calculation. CPF obligations vary with the employee and circumstances.

Sort the work first. Use a person where judgment, accountability, sensitive conversations, or physical coordination matter. A managed AI service can handle repeated customer work that follows approved rules. Many businesses need both.
Repeated enquiries, approved-rule qualification, booking steps, reminders, follow-ups, and prepared documents can fit when the required business rules and systems are available. Exceptions should go to your team.
