WhatsApp API at Meta's rates. Zero markup.
What Meta charges is what you pay. We pass the per-message rates straight through. No margin, no rounding up, no platform fee hidden inside your message costs.
Free consultation. Bring your last invoice and we'll show you the gap.
Why we don't mark up messages
Pass-through billing
Meta sets the per-message rates. You pay exactly those rates. Your message costs show Meta's numbers, not ours.
We don't earn on volume
Our revenue is the monthly plan, from $199/mo. Not message margin. When you send more, Meta earns more. We don't.
No incentive to inflate
A provider that marks up messages profits every time you broadcast. That shapes their advice. Ours stays simple: send what makes you money, skip what doesn't.
Meta's Singapore rates
Since July 2025, Meta bills per template message instead of per conversation. These are the indicative rates for Singapore.
Pricing rules checked 21 August 2026. Final October service-message rates are still pending.
| Message type | Examples | Meta's rate |
|---|---|---|
| Utility messages | Appointment confirmations, reminders, order updates | ~S$0.02 per message |
| Marketing messages | Promotions, re-engagement, offers | ~S$0.07 per message |
| Service window replies | Cloud API replies inside the 24-hour window | Free through 30 Sep 2026; Meta rate from 1 Oct |
Rates are Meta's indicative Singapore rates and can change. Read the October service-message pricing guide or our broader WhatsApp Business API updates guide.
Check what you're paying now
Three steps. Ten minutes. If the numbers do not match Meta's rate card, you found a difference worth explaining.
Pull your last invoice
From your current WhatsApp provider. The message charges are usually a separate line from the subscription.
Find the per-message rate
What are you paying per utility message? Per marketing message? If the invoice only shows a lump sum, ask for the breakdown.
Compare against Meta's rate card
Utility is around S$0.02. Marketing is around S$0.07. If your rate differs, ask whether the gap is markup, currency conversion, tax, or another disclosed fee.
Not sure how to read the invoice? Send it to us. We'll show you the gap in one message.
Common questions
Is there really no markup at all?
None. Message costs are billed at Meta's rates. Our revenue is the monthly plan, so we have no reason to touch your message pricing.
What do I actually pay each month?
Two things. Your chatavocado plan, from $199/mo, and Meta's message charges at their published rates. Service replies and utility templates inside the 24-hour window remain free until October 1, 2026, when Meta starts charging per message.
How do I know what Meta's current rates are?
Meta publishes the rate card, and it changed to per-message pricing in July 2025. Our WhatsApp API updates guide explains the mechanics, and we walk through your expected costs on the consultation call.
I'm on another provider. Is switching painful?
No. Your WhatsApp number moves with you, and we handle the migration. Most switches are done within days.
This might not be for you if...
You don't get many customer messages and have no repetitive work. You probably don't need this yet.
You want a script that gives the exact same answer every time, with no flexibility. We're conversational, not robotic.
Not sure? Message us. We'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
What would you stop doing first?
Replies, follow-ups, bookings, quotations, invoices, or record updates. Show us the work taking up your time.
We will recommend one useful place to start. Add more only when it is working.
