Two Singapore companies let the AI keep the records today.
LinkTrade cut invoice work from 30 to 40 minutes each down to under a minute, and reported the invoicing workload dropping by about 90 per cent. Nobody there types the records. 2,502 delivery and invoice records have been written straight from chat since March, across 58 customers. A Singapore engineering contractor runs an internal assistant for service reports: 19 of its last 21 reports started as a message from site rather than a form, 18 carry site photos from the job, the PDF generates itself, and every one carries its invoice number. That contractor went live at the end of July, so it is an early deployment and we will not call it a finished ERP replacement yet.

Is this a full ERP replacement?
For most small and medium-sized service businesses under about 50 people, yes. Customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, and reporting live here. If you run manufacturing, warehouse inventory, or statutory accounting in depth, keep your accounting system and use this for the customer and job side.
How does it compare to Odoo, SAP Business One, or Zoho?
Those give you more modules and a builder. You supply the configuration, the data entry, and someone to own it. We cover a smaller module set, keep the records updated from the work itself, and run the configuration for you.
What does implementation involve on our side?
One 45 minute mapping call, then a review of the test setup with your team. There is no internal project owner, no training week, and no data entry backlog.
Can we connect it to our accounting system?
Xero and QuickBooks are both live integrations, available as an add-on on the SGD $499 plan and included on Enterprise. Contacts, quotes, and invoices move through to your books, including the PDFs. For any other accounting system we map the handoff first and confirm what it accepts before promising a connection.
How is it priced as we add people?
We do not charge per seat. Plans start at SGD $499/mo and are priced on the work the system does, not on headcount. Adding a coordinator, an admin, or a field technician does not change the bill.
What does AI-native actually mean here?
Legacy systems added AI on top of forms someone still has to fill in. Ours starts from the conversation: the AI reads the work, writes the record, and raises the document. There is no form waiting for a human first.
